Intelligent Storage AS/RS Shelving Automatic Racking Pallet Systems refers to a computerized robotic system that automates operations such as unloading, sorting, put-away, storage, order-picking, staging and loading. Systems typically consist of 4 main components: the storage rack, the input/output system, the storage and retrieval (S/R) equipment, and the computer management system.
In ASRS system, heavy-duty rackings are placed in booth sides with a small aisle space between these racks. The rail-mounted storage and retrieval mechanism is fixed between the aisle spaces. The rails cover the entire with PLC Controller to control the overall operation of the system.
Stacker cranes are machines designed for the automated storage of pallets. They travel along the aisle of a warehouse, carrying out the storage, placement and retrieval of goods. Making full use of storage space achieving standardization, automation, greatly reducing error rate, labor intensity, storage and transportation costs.

AS/RS System are usually equipped with pallet racking and drive-in racking, both of which are composite structure. Steel panels and wooden panels are available for loading with good capacity. AS/RS System is mainly used in the food, tobacco, electronic, mechanical and armament industry.
