General Process Description
(1) Purifying: Pre-purifying elements eliminate foreign substances via rotary screens before corn enters the storage bin.
(2) Steeping: Counter-current steeping softens corn in tanks at approximately 50°C.
(3) Sulfurous Acid Making: Sulfur is processed in a furnace to produce SO2 gas for steeping acid preparation.
(4) Crash & Germ Separation: Two-stage milling and cyclone separation isolate the germ from the corn.
(5) Fiber Washing & Drying: Degermed corn is finely milled; fiber is washed and dried via bundle dryers for animal feed.
(6) Starch Washing: Primary separators and 12-stage hydro-cyclones ensure ultra-clean starch milk.
(7) Dewater & Drying: Peeler centrifuges and air flow dryers reduce moisture to less than 14% for packaged finishing.
(8) Germ Processing: Germs are washed, dried, and processed for high-quality coarse oil extraction.
